With reference to my Despatch No 120 of the 29th December, 1849. I have now the honour to enclose for Your Lordship's information, copy of a Despatch with its Enclosures which I addressed to Viscount Palmerston on the 26th Instant, relating to the delivery to the Imperial Commissiour by the Portuguese authorities of the three Chinese who had been detained at Macao, and also the surrender of the head and hand of the latter.
